weight loss

well its been a good week for me so far I've lost 7.8 pounds so far this week just laid off the martinis and eating a lot of protein and vegetable's and fresh fruit no sugars or flour i have to admit is been good no cravings or and i went to decaff coffee going to zumba tonight take care ill keep you posted xoxo sherri
