COFFEE AND HEAVING WHIPPING CREAM NO SUGARS AND NO CARBS ONLY 2 CAL I ALSO BEEN DRINKING A LOT OF WATER THOUGH IM NOT A BIG WATER PERSON ITS NOT SO BAD WELL ILL CONTINUE WITH MY PROGRESS TAKE CARE XOXOX SHERRI
