10 POUNDS

WELL ITS BEEN A GOOD WEEK GOING TO THE GYM 3 TIMES, WATCHING EVERY THING I EAT NO SUGARS OR CARBS OR ANYTHING WHITE JUST SOME VEGIES AND PROTEIN AND PROTEIN DRINK I EVEN WENT TO DECAF
COFFEE AND HEAVING WHIPPING CREAM NO SUGARS AND NO CARBS ONLY 2 CAL I ALSO BEEN DRINKING A LOT OF WATER THOUGH IM NOT A BIG WATER PERSON ITS NOT SO BAD WELL ILL CONTINUE WITH MY PROGRESS TAKE CARE XOXOX SHERRI
