10 POUNDS

WELL ITS BEEN A GOOD WEEK GOING TO THE GYM 3 TIMES, WATCHING EVERY THING I EAT NO SUGARS OR CARBS OR ANYTHING WHITE JUST SOME VEGIES AND PROTEIN AND PROTEIN DRINK I EVEN WENT TO DECAF
COFFEE AND HEAVING WHIPPING CREAM NO SUGARS AND NO CARBS ONLY 2 CAL I ALSO BEEN DRINKING A LOT OF WATER THOUGH IM NOT A BIG WATER PERSON ITS NOT SO BAD WELL ILL CONTINUE WITH MY PROGRESS TAKE CARE XOXOX SHERRI

weight loss

well its been a good week for me so far I've lost 7.8 pounds so far this week just laid off the martinis and eating a lot of protein and vegetable's and fresh fruit no sugars or flour i have to admit is been good no cravings or and i went to decaff coffee going to zumba tonight take care ill keep you posted xoxo sherri

THIS IS THE YEAR TO LOOSE IT WIEGHT I MEAN

WELL ITS BEEN A HECK OF A YEAR,BACK IN MAY I HAD TO HAVE 3 STINTS PUT IN MY POOR BIG HEART ACTUALLY IT IS ACCORDING TO MY CARDIOLOGIST'S AND I HAD A ANGIOPLASTY THIS WAS SUCH A SCARY EVENT IN MY LIFE I THOUGHT I SURE DO NEED CHANGE MY WAYS IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER SO HER GOES THE EATING RIGHT PLAN NO WHITE ANYTHING AND NONE OF MY FAVORITE THING POM GREY GOOSE VODKA MARTINI MAN THEY SURE ARE GOOD I TRIED TO CONVINCE MY DR THAT THEY HAVE GOOD QUALITIES WITH THE ANTIOXIDANT'S YOU KNOW POMEGRANATE'S ARE VERY GOOD FOR YOU BUT HE JUST SHOOK HIS HEAD OK NO MORE FOR A WHILE BUT I CAN HAVE THE RED WINE LOVE ME SOME OF THAT ABOUT RIGHT NOW, OH SO ON TO WEIGHT LOSS WORK OUT AT THE GYM I'M TAKING A ZUMBA CLASS MAN THAT'S A WORK OUT AND THE TREAD MILL 3 TIMES A WEEK AND MORE CARDIO LOTS OF WATER AND A PROTEIN SHAKE I WILL KEEP ALL OF YOU UPDATED WITH MY PROGRESS WISH ME LUCK XOXO  SHERRI
